Established in 1989- we are a medium-sized plan review, inspection, project management, code consulting, and special inspection & materials testing firm, registered as a Domestic Corporation in the State of Oregon. Currently we have three offices- corporate headquarters located in Corvallis, Oregon. We are comprised of building officials, plans examiners, inspectors, testing technicians, project managers, document control specialists, and engineers with extensive background and experience in building safety compliance, building project delivery, and building department operations. CLAIR staff has over 75 combined years of experience in working with and for local jurisdictions having authority to administer adopted building codes. CLAIR provides these services in Oregon, Washington, and California. |
